Six categories, three variants each (plus the original Proposal v2). Every variant is a complete, forkable HTML file. The "wild" variants experiment with format itself — narrative essays, scroll-snap interviews, before/after showdowns, anti-decks. Use them when the standard frame won't move the room.
Exec summary · 6 findings · 3 recommendations · methodology appendix. The default audit format for most engagements.
Channel-by-channel breakdown, funnel diagnosis, reallocation plan. For data-rich diagnostics where the recommendation is "move the money."
Scorecard with red/amber/green badges. Founder-letter format. Three big "moves" instead of recommendations. Use when softness has been the problem.
Headline numbers · 6 deliverables · channel performance · 3 lessons · next-quarter timeline. The default for retainer reviews.
Quarter-by-quarter arc · 8-stat scoreboard · do-again / wouldn't-repeat. For end-of-year board reviews.
Magazine-essay format. Drop caps. Pull quotes. Massive number moments. Use for stakeholders who'd ignore another deck but read a story.
Hero · challenge · approach · 4 metric results · founder testimonial · CTA. The default case-study format.
Image grid heavy · 6 work tiles · 4 stat tiles · award/recognition list. For showcasing the artefacts as much as the outcomes.
Split-screen before/after cover. Side-by-side metric showdowns. Receipt block with perforated edges and a 2.4× total. Use when results are the whole pitch.
12 questions across 4 sections. Sticky progress bar. Multi-select option blocks. Used for first-time prospects to scope an engagement.
5 question banks · 10 deep questions · channel truth-table grid. For multi-session GTM strategy workshops with founders.
Scroll-snap. One question per screen. Conversational, almost confrontational tone. Use when you actually want answers a polite questionnaire won't surface.
600px wide. Hero + 3 article tiles + CTA strip + signature. The default for "The Hive" weekly newsletter format.
Image hero · single message · 3-stat strip · big CTA block · signature. For product launches, brand announcements, milestone emails.
Cream-paper letterhead. Serif throughout. Drop-cap opening. Handwritten signature. Use when an email needs to feel like a letter.
About us · 4 capabilities · 3 case teasers · 42-team stats · 3 engagement types · CTA. The default first-call deck.
First-person voice. Founder portrait cover. The studio's origin story. 5 operating principles. 3 case tiles with stat blocks. For founder-to-founder pitches.
11 full-bleed slides. One statement per slide. Massive type. Manifesto tone. For sceptical founders who'd close a normal deck after slide 2.
Every template is a single self-contained HTML file with placeholder text in [Client Name] and similar brackets. Find-replace, customise sections you need, delete sections you don't, ship.
Click any live card. View source or "Save Page As" to get the raw HTML. Each file is fully self-contained.
Most editable text uses [Brackets]. Find-replace them with client-specific values: name, dates, scope, pricing, testimonials.
Delete sections you don't need. Duplicate sections you do (e.g. add a 4th case study, or another stat row). The system holds together either way.
Send the HTML directly via email, host on bshare.in, or print to PDF. The templates have print CSS baked in for clean export.
So you can always find what you need by code. Same logic across the entire BBC design system.
