Title, industry, company size, why they buy from you. Be specific.
Section C · Competition & positioning
Companies that show up in deals you lose. Doesn't have to be exact category — adjacent counts.

If we hit it perfectly, what would be different in 6 months that isn't true today?
Constraints, history with previous agencies, internal politics, anything that'll save us a discovery call.
