Most of these come up in the first call. We've put them here so you have answers before you ask.

Q01

What happens if we delay sign-off by a week?

Each week of delay collapses the campaign window. We can still launch by June 15, but the printed-invite distribution shortens from 14 days to 7. We'd recommend not delaying past May 5.

Q02

Can we use our existing photographer for the shoot?

Yes — we'll co-direct on the day. The shoot brief and shot list come from us. If you'd rather use our crew, that's already included in Option B and a paid add-on for Option A.

Q03

What's not included in either option?

Print vendor coordination (we hand off print-ready files), event venue + catering for the open house, paid talent fees if you'd like a celebrity ambassador, and Google Search ads (available as an add-on).

Q04

Do you work outside Chennai?

Yes. We've shipped launches in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Dubai. Travel + per-diem is billed at cost.

Q05

What if the launch underperforms?

We don't promise admission numbers — that depends on geography, fees, and competitor moves we can't fully control. We do promise the system: the leads, the funnel, the visibility. If those don't hit our internal benchmarks at Week 04, we re-plan with you, no extra cost.
